Frequently asked questions

One of my creators already has a profile. Do we start again?

No. You ask to represent the profile they have, and once that is confirmed it carries your agency’s name, rather than a second copy being made.

Will brands know a creator is represented?

Yes. A represented creator’s profile says who represents them, so a brand knows who it is dealing with before it asks.

How do I avoid answering for the wrong creator?

Every reply and every pitch names the creator you are acting for before it is sent, and the confirmation names them again.

When does a brand get contact details?

Only after a request or a pitch between you is accepted. Before that, neither side sees the other’s.
